We've agreed not to kill one another. I can't promise I won't accidentally break something, I don't know how fragile he is.

I have a lot riding on not injuring him too seriously, in any case. I do want to know what sort of sorcery he's capable of, however. He's very smug about it.

On to business: Taako's a transmutation wizard. He turns shit into other shit. Sometimes the shit he turns into different shit is himself. So he might turn into a giant cryptid at some point and try to eat you. He's also pretty big on weather based attacks, like throwing some ice or fireballs around. He also has this like, horse that he summons sometimes? His name is Garyl. He's actually fuckin' awesome if you get to know him, but dangerous on the battlefield.

Taako's probably gonna say some things to try to throw you off, so if he starts wailing like, "Oooh, noooo, I've been huuurt," don't let your guard down. He's a liar.

I think the best way to overpower him would be to get his umbrella away from him. As far as I know that's where most of his big magic comes from. But one thing about this umbrella:

Are you saying he'll try to kill me if I break the umbrella, or that the world will end if I break it?

It's more like... It's very important to him and breaking it would break him. And I and everyone else who loves Taako would prefer you didn't break it. But also, he might try to kill you. Also the world *might* end? Not sure.

but it has to do with Lup? If you hurt it you'll hurt Lup. And Taako does not fuck around when it comes to Lup.
